you with an order number.

$99.99 plus shipping and handling charge of $12.95. All major credit
cards accepted.
- Within 48 hours
we will ship your "Foam
Impression Kit" along with detailed easy to follow instructions
for taking the impressions of your feet. After completing this procedure,
return the Impression Kit using the included pre-paid mailing label.
- Please allow 4
to 6 weeks for the manufacturing of your new custom made orthotics.
- If you choose
to purchase ADDITIONAL PAIRS anytime within the first 3 months
of your original order, you do not have to recast your feet or pay additional
freight. You pay ONLY $65.99 for additional pairs!
