During the 3-month guarantee period, CustomLab will repair and/or adjust the orthotics as required by the customer for fit and comfort. All repairs and/or adjustments shall be mailed to CustomLab at the customer's expense. CustomLab will pay the return freight. The customer must obtain an authorization number prior to returning any product(s) for warranty repair.
• After the initial 3-month guarantee period, all repairs and/or adjustments will be made at the standard flat-rate price of $29.50. The customer pays the incoming freight and CustomLab will pay the return freight. The customer must obtain an authorization number prior to returning any product(s) for repair.
